Dear Resident, This survey will allow the councils in Lincolnshire to understand better which services are used most frequently by our customers.  We also hope to find out which services are most important to you and how satisfied you are with those services you use.  This will enable us to develop our services to meet the needs of Lincolnshire people and inform our corporate equality schemes (which demonstrate each Council's commitment to equality and diversity).

We have included at the bottom of this survey a few questions which ask about you.  These questions are important because they allow us to understand whether there are any particular groups or communities who have issues with particular services.   This will allow us to develop our services to make sure that they are easy to use and accessible for all people in our community, whatever their age, ability, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnicity and gender.
